Chocolate Cake in a Mug

This is one of my favorite go to cake recipes. It's serves one, it's easy to make, and it's perfect for an afternoon craving. I've found many different recipes, but this one is my favorite. It's from the Pioneer Woman, (original recipes found here). I've made a few of my own minor changes, but the recipes is pretty much the same.

Enjoy! Heaven knows I do, on occasion. (I refuse to say how often that occasion is.)

• 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
• 3 Tablespoons Sugar
• 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (the better the cocoa powder, the better the taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
•  Tiny Dash Of Salt
• 3 Tablespoons Whole Milk
• 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
•  1/4 t Vanilla Extract
• Milk Chocolate Chips or M&M's

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a coffee mug with a fork.  Add milk, oil, vanilla and stir. Add chocolate chips or M7M's, cook in Microwave for 90 seconds. Let sit for a few seconds. Top with your favorite topping and enjoy!
